The Company

LAUREN CAMPEDELLI

has been an Evidence Room member since 1999 and has appeared in 16 company productions: IVANOV, MARGO VEIL, THE CHERRY ORCHARD, ATTEMPTS ON HER LIFE, FLOW MY TEARS THE POLICEMAN SAID (1999 and 2005 productions), HOMEWRECKER, MESSALINA, PENTECOST (LA Weekly Award Best Supporting Actress), CRINGE, THE STRIP, DELIRIUM PALACE, THE IMPERIALISTS AT THE CLUB CAVE CANEM, DON CARLOS, THE BERLIN CIRCLE and ANDROMACHE. She worked as associate director of HARD TIMES and DON CARLOS and was ER’s literary manager during its Beverly Blvd. tenure. In 2003, she reprised her role as Yasmin in PENTECOST at The Old Globe Theatre in San Diego. Other Los Angeles stage credits include THE PROJECTIONIST at the Kirk Douglas Theatre, O JERUSALEM at The Production Company, THIRD at Geffen Playhouse, INVOLUNTARY HOMICIDE with The Actors’ Gang, THE RIVALS with Demeter Theatre and IN THE FLESH, a body of her original work, at Glaxa Studios. FILM/TV: SEPTEMBER 12, ONE NIGHT WITH YOU, SADIE AND THE SLOT MACHINES, ALL THE LOVE IN THE WORLD, NOTHING TO FEAR, AMERICA’S DEADLIEST HOME VIDEO, THE GILMORE GIRLS. Lauren moved to LA in 1995 from Chicago where she spent over a decade doing theatre, studied there with Steven Ivcich and was a founding member of his experimental company Society For New Things. She also received training at Circle in the Square Theatre School in NYC, Syracuse University’s London program, and earned a BA in English from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, her hometown.
