COLLEEN KANE's
work with the Evidence Room includes the roles of: Sissy Jupe in HARD TIMES, Dulle Griet in THE BERLIN CIRCLE, Gladys in THE SKIN OF OUR TEETH, the alien in TALES OF THE LOST FORMICANS and Cecile in LEONCE AND LENA. Other theatrical work in Los Angeles includes 3 seasons with the Los Angeles Women's Shakespeare Company where she played Puck in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, Pompey in MEASURE FOR MEASURE, the First Murderer in RICHARD III, Horatio in HAMLET and The Fool in KING LEAR. She has also worked with L.A.'s Zoo District Theatre as Angie/ Dull Gret in TOP GIRLS, Shotworthy in THE LIVELY LAD and The Volunteer in THE HOSTAGE. In addition to these companies she has done shows with Ziggurat Theatre, The Falcon Theatre and the Arcade Performance Space in L.A. Film and television work includes THE SHIELD, CITY OF ANGELS, PRIMETIME GLICK and the award-winning short film ANGELMAKER. Before moving to Los Angeles, Colleen did theatre in Chicago. She performed there with companies including Chicago Shakespeare Co, the Court Theatre, Northlight, Steppenwolf Theatre, Apple Tree Theatre, Organic Theatre, Oak Park Festival Theatre, New Tuners and many others.
